The location at ioi city mall is a bit further away at the East court with little foot traffic so its best to ask them ahead how to get there. anyway I walked in to regenx ioi city mall randomly on my day off, asked for impromptu skin consultation and just happen that Dr Dini was there and I was welcomed right away 👍😊 I’ve never been to aesthetic clinics before, but Dr Dini did a great job explaining what’s best for my skin, no hardselling. It was easy for me to understand my options. I walked away with a skin plan & purchased a sunscreen. Farah the beautician also did a great job with the facial treatment. Maybe will visit again soon!

The consultation with doctor was super detail oriented. She was so kind. The treatment was super gentle. And with amazing staff. I highly recommend this clinic!

So far so good. Client service associates are spot on with welcoming and making you feel comfortable.I felt comfortable after services were explained thoroughly and suggestions were provided with a little push for different products yet when I said No to additional items it was well received. Will be back again.
