Chiozz Promotional Code – Terms & Conditions

1. Each promotional code (“Promo Code”) is subject to the offer, validity period and expiry date communicated together with that Promo Code through the applicable promotional material, ambassador, campaign or authorised Chiozz communication.
2. A Promo Code is valid only until the expiry date communicated with that Promo Code and will expire at 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time) on that date, unless otherwise stated.
3. The promotion is applicable to the user’s first eligible booking on Chiozz, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.
4. No minimum spend is required unless otherwise stated.
5. Promo Codes are not applicable to the Lifestyle & More category, unless otherwise stated.
6. A valid Promo Code must be entered at checkout before payment. The applicable discount will be displayed before payment is completed.
7. Expired Promo Codes will not be accepted or extended unless otherwise determined by Chiozz.
8. Promo Codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with another promotional code unless otherwise stated.
9. Chiozz reserves the right to reject or cancel a redemption where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, unauthorised use or abuse of the promotion.
10. Chiozz reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate a promotion where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, misuse or circumstances affecting the operation of the campaign.
