  Excellent massage experience at Ayu Borneo Ampang. The male therapist was highly skilled, professional, and knew exactly how to relieve muscle tension. The treatment was very relaxing, the ambiance was calm and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend this place.

  Ayu Borneo Ampang branch is located on the corner lot, above Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Plan your visit carefully, as it can be very difficult to find a parking space. However, there is a paid parking area behind the building. I would not recommend this branch if you are visiting with an elderly person, as you need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the entrance. To be honest, there are a few areas that could be improved. I booked a 90-minute oil massage for two people. My mother and I were assigned to a shared room. Throughout the massage session, both therapists kept chatting with each other. I pointed it out once, and they stopped for a while, but started talking again a few minutes later. Based on my experience at other branches, the oil massage usually includes the use of hot stones over the entire body. However, during this session, the hot stones were only used on my back. I'm not sure whether this is the standard procedure at this branch or if the therapist simply chose not to perform the full treatment. The ambience and ginger tea is topnotch as all the other Ayu borneo's branch. Really hope that this branch can improve. For now, I will continue visiting the other Ayu Borneo branches instead.

  I visited Ayu Borneo Ampang for a massage and hair scalp treatment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the treatments. My therapist was highly skilled, and the massage was excellent. The spa itself is beautiful, spotless, fragrant, and incredibly relaxing. I also appreciated the thoughtful facilities, including a prayer room where I was able to perform my prayers comfortably. Complimentary snacks and beverages were also provided, which was a nice touch. However, the one aspect that disappointed me was the service at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, there was no warm greeting or smile. I was simply asked whether I had a booking. After my treatment, when I was leaving, there wasn’t even a simple “Thank you” or “Have a nice day.” As a customer, it made me feel unwelcome. I hope the management will invest more attention in improving the customer service at the reception. A genuine smile, a warm greeting, and a simple “Thank you for visiting” can make a significant difference to the overall customer experience. The treatments and facilities are truly outstanding, so it’s unfortunate that the first and last impression is affected by the front desk service.
