  I had an amazing experience at Ayu Borneo Bandar Puchong. The atmosphere was calm, clean and very relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff were warm, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session.

  I visited this place recently and honestly felt quite disappointed. I came here to relax, but there was no music at all. The environment felt plain and not soothing, which already affected the experience. The main issue was the massage itself. I specifically came for stretching and a proper massage, but throughout the session, it mostly felt like light touching without any pressure or proper focus points. There was no sense of relief at all. I brought 4 people along, and each of us paid. At the time, they didn’t say anything as I was the one treating them, but after we left, all of them shared the same feedback — the massage was too light and not up to standard. What made it worse was the way the complaint was handled. I was only offered a RM30 voucher, which is something customers can already get by leaving a Google review. It felt like my feedback was not taken seriously at all. Overall, we came to relax and enjoy, but left feeling unsatisfied. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service quality.

  Second time here. This time had 2 hours appointment for deep tissue massage. Alhamdulillah, i feel so much better. So worth it. Might request the same masseur (AD1335) if make another appointment next time. Keep up the good works.
