I have patronized Ayu Borneo Bandar Puteri several times before, however during my last visit it was my first time booking through its website The normal price was RM159, online price was RM143. I booked 2 slots at 1pm for a total of RM286, the terms stated that payment via online gateway is refundable. Went there and found out they have a happy hour price of RM119 between 11am to 3pm. I felt cheated. I asked for refund of the price difference (RM24 x2) or full refund so that I can pay again at happy hour rate, but the front staff told me no refund, my payment can only be converted to credit for future slot, and asked me to pay another RM119 x 2 slots if I want happy hour rate. This is ridiculous. They lied with a straight face, and didn't even offer an apology. The company must make sure their front staff are aware of their company policy and also be consistent with the pricing. Why would a company spent a big budget on website and staff training just to irate its customer? Then again the website also explicitly doesn't guarantee accuracy of information. Wonderful.

Good price/quality massage here. Quick tip better book in advance if you really want a specific massage. Walk-in buat massage tidak selalu bisa/ langsung dapat slot. Tergantung ada crew available atau tidak. Booking langsung bisa lebih murah daripada booking online! For a foot& shoulder massage, instead of going to private room, they put you here with other people. Not very private. You can even see people at the waiting room if there’s any.

First time here and tried the signature oil massage, reasonable price especially during happy hour. Skillful masseur (AT729), good and polite service, and a clean and comfortable environment. Im enjoying my massage here so much! Customer is given a foot wash before massage, no endless burping and chitchatting during the massage, pressure points are well targeted and my body feels so much lighter after the session. Especially love the scent of rose aroma oil used during the massage and attention to detail made the session so enjoyable. I appreciate the act of wiping the oil off our body after the session. Ginger tea was also given after the massage. 2 hour whole body oil massage was RM132 after tax. Will come back for another massage!
