Hi Ayu Borneo Cheras, could you please check the air-conditioning duct in the massage room? The airflow was blowing directly onto my head throughout my foot and shoulder massage. It was very strong, and I felt quite uncomfortable having to endure it for almost two hours. I hope it can be adjusted for the comfort of your customers. Thank you.

Had a very unpleasant experience here My masseuse Is either too soft or too hard.she did not ask me hows the pressure during the massage.my body even pain after the massage.so far the enviroment is cozy,only i dont feel comfortable with my masseuse.

I visited Ayu Borneo at the Eko Cheras branch for a paid massage service, expecting a professional and relaxing experience. However, I was very disappointed with the service provided. The staff member was highly unprofessional — she even fell asleep during the massage and showed a lack of seriousness towards her work. This made my overall experience extremely unpleasant. I came here to relax, but this kind of service completely defeats the purpose. I hope the management will take this matter seriously and improve the professionalism of your staff.
