We love Ayu Borneo in Mount Austin associated outlet in JB, hence we decided to visit this signature outlet in KL. We enjoyed ourselves in JB because the masseurs were skillful and exert enough pressure, sadly our first time experience in KL make us feel dreadful for a full 2 hours Thai massage. Worst, both my partner and I experienced equally bad from both masseurs. There is hardly any pressure and stretching despite after I have requested for stronger strength. My partner's masseur started off alright and got lost half way and kept getting tangled in the fabric. Both of us came out feeling a waste of time and worst as we suspect we contact with some flu bug. We ended the "touching" session with runny nose immediately. Guess is just our luck to feel extremely disappointed with the massage experience. If I need to think about some good points, the counter staff and masseurs were polite and nice. The toilet is clean. In case the management in reading this: we visited on 14 July (under reservation), at 1.30pm. we took the royal Thai massage. The masseurs number, we didn't bother to ask. You can checked back the reservation. Like I mentioned is just our luck, so we won't visit this outlet again.

Strong and effective. I had the 90-minute happy hour promo for foot and shoulder massage. My masseuse, AT1233, used very firm strokes to soothe my aching feet. If you can, I’d recommend buying the Package A which comes with 16 hours of massage. You can use it for the full body massage or foot and and shoulder massages as long as it’s more than 60 minutes. Otherwise the happy hour promo, which is valid from 11am to 3pm is great value. This location isn’t wheelchair-friendly as the shop is located one-floor above group and you’ll need to climb a flight of stairs.

I book the oil massage online with discount for 90 minutes and foot bath. The massage so good. My therapist is number 1229, really love the stretching too. she soo good at the message. The place is si clean and the ambience make me sleep. Maybe next time will try their foot reflexiology.
