This Ayu Borneo outlet is the one I go to the most. The main reason I keep coming back is the quality of the male therapists’ skills, because I prefer a stronger and more effective massage. My favorite masseur is Brian, I think he senses pressure points very well. I mostly book with promo prices, which I think is very good value compared to places that feel a bit like budget airlines, where they constantly push you to add on balm, essential oils, or pay extra just to focus on a specific body part (Soma Wellness and Healthland lol). Not saying this outlet doesn't upsell at all, but it does not feel like upselling is their main objective. Some of the massage rooms on the first floor do look quite dated, but the place has always been consistently clean whenever I visit, so it has never really bothered me

Had a very relaxing massage experience at Ayu Borneo. The therapist was professional, skilled, and attentive to my needs. The environment was clean, comfortable, and calming. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality massage experience!

STRONGLY WARN ALL TRAVELLERS TO AVOID AYU BORNOE Horrible massage experience. The assigned therapist had injured, sore hands, wore gloves during the entire session and could not apply proper pressure at all. She admitted her hand pain privately to me but lied to the reception about her physical condition to get work. No accurate acupoint pressing, the massage was totally ineffective and a waste of money. I asked for partial refund for unused treatment time after one hour of poor service, but the store refused any cash refund. Their only solution was a complimentary short massage session. I spent nearly 2 hours negotiating on-site for compensation. Unprofessional staff, dishonest service, terrible value for money, never book here!
