I believe your employee, Derek, lacks both experience and professionalism. I called your center at 4:00 PM to book two services for two people (a massage and a scalp treatment) at 9:00 PM. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to be told that I could not receive both services because there was another booking at 10:30 PM. I explained to him that this was not my fault, and he admitted that it was his mistake as an employee. I am extremely disappointed, especially because this is not the first time I have had a bad experience at your center. I also informed him that I would leave a Google review, and instead of trying to resolve the situation or apologize, he simply said, “You can do that.” I do not recommend dealing with this employee (Derek). The service was very poor.

I already had 4 sessions in Ayu Borneo Sri Petaling and this is the first time I will make a review. All my massage experiences were all superb, the attendants were friendly and professional. Considering I weigh 200 lbs and yet they can hit all the right spot and make feel better in the end. They also offer promotional prices during off hours that you can take advantage of. I am adding additional review. I came back again for another massage session. In my last session I was given a 30RM credit (voucher) that I can use on my next session. I was not informed it can only be use on regular priced services and not on happy hour. When I checked the voucher it only mentioned massage 60 mins and above. You may refer to the pictures I attached. Do not get me wrong, the therapist service was great, but not honoring the voucher is another thing. I am on my 2 hours massage session as I am writing my edited review.

I got my first experience with Ayu Borneo because someone gave me their discount promo code, which is lucky to me. Everything Ayu Borneo offer about their services I consider is professional, class and got standards. Never have I ever know there is such service call Malaysian Massage, so I give it a try. Even though after the session, I would still prefer Thai massage and maybe I would consider other service to get more experiences. Ayu Borneo really worth the visit if you want to relax and get better for your body. I would definitely visit again because is so near to my house!
