The overall experience at this branch is actually excellent. All the customer service staff are extremely friendly, and the massage therapists are highly professional. This place truly deserves a five-star review. However, the only exception is a specific male customer service representative. Every time he handles customers, his attitude is incredibly arrogant and condescending. Speaking with him leaves people feeling very uncomfortable each time, which completely lacks the basic professionalism expected in the service industry. It is such a shame that this single individual ruins the wonderful atmosphere that the rest of the team works so hard to create! I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and improves his service training.

This is an excellent massage shop that consistently delivers high-quality service to its customers. From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff is remarkably kind, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that you feel completely comfortable throughout your entire visit. The massage therapists are highly skilled and maintain a professional demeanor, providing treatments that effectively target muscle tension and general fatigue. Furthermore, the interior facilities are clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which contributes significantly to a relaxing atmosphere and enhances the overall customer experience. Booking an appointment is a straightforward process, and the team is very accommodating when discussing specific preferences regarding massage pressure and focus areas prior to the session. Whether you need a brief session to unwind after a long work week or a longer, more comprehensive therapeutic treatment, this establishment meets those requirements with a consistent standard of care. It is a highly reliable option for anyone in the area seeking a professional, restorative, and soothing experience.

Turned up during happy hour promo time and had an amazing Signature Urutan Malaysia (my first time - usually I go for the Thai) which felt like a combination of relaxing aromatherapy with a little bit of stretching, pressure similar to Thai massage but less intense. AM696 was wonderful with providing just-right pressure on my body. She was very detailed and attentive in her work. Will definitely return and look for AM696 if she's available next time!
