Haven’t start the treatment already felt bad service. Worst outlet I visited. I walked in 1035pm and the reception - Qie just let me wait for 20mins?! I do understand priority for those who done make appointments at first, but when the area is empty she still leave me there! I thought Hartams area should be more high standard? Other branches still can arrange smoothly and fast! Other branches no issue like this. Won’t come to this branch again. Waste my package to this branch with such bad service. I only can enjoy the massage only 1hour instead of 1.5hours. Masseur also very rushing. Not recommend this branch.

I had a deep tissue massage here, and my body felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. The experience honestly reminded me of the quality massages I’ve had in Bangkok. I recently had a disappointing massage experience at another spa in Bangsar, so I came here hoping to make up for it, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I made my reservation, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The reservation staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Most importantly, the massage itself was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed that I’ve already been recommending your services to my friends and family! Kudos to the entire team for the wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!
