I had a great experience at Signature Ayu Borneo @ Taman Pelangi. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, while the massage therapist was professional and skilled. The massage helped relieve a lot of tension and made my body feel much more relaxed and refreshed. Overall, the service was worth the price, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage in Johor Bahru. I will surely come back again!

We enjoy the session, place very clean Masseuses very professional, happy that they provide timer when they start the massage and when massage is almost done for body before going to head, she press the timer and pause it while she went to get the hot towel to put under our neck and wipe us down, then before she starts massaging the head she turn the timer on again. This are the pricing and promotion package. It's a steal with this very satisfying experience. Customer service by Hayatun and Farid was also excellent 👌🏻 both polite and spend time explaining what's included in the package and NOT. Will definitely introduce more friends to come.

If I can. I give No Star. Headr of the good review and decided to visit this place with my wife. But the whole 2 hr Thai Aromatherapy massage totally gone wrong. The male therapist is totally not able to perform a decent massage that I have to get up and walk out of the massage halfway through the session. All he does is to rub up and down my back, with the use of elbow!! And there is no towel placed at the leg area to lift my ankle causing it to stretch in pain. At the end the counter staff still can tell me he is a senior masseur. At the end the counter staff only able to offer a min discount for the remaining 1 hr (paid RM 146 but take back RM29) (RM146 - 117 for 1hr ) stating there is no other available masseur to replace. Very unprofessional. This is the WORST massage I had!!! Better to try others then to be back with the rm30 voucher they offer.
