Had a really wonderful experience at the spa! The massage was excellent, relaxing and exactly what I needed. Ms AD1198 did a fantastic job and was very professional and attentive throughout the session. I truly enjoyed the massage and felt so refreshed afterwards. I’d also like to compliment Ms. Fazirah at the reception desk, who was friendly, helpful and provided great hospitality from the moment I arrived. Overall, a very pleasant experience with excellent service from both the therapist and the front desk. Definitely a place I would recommend and visit again! 😊✨

I’ve been coming to Ayu Borneo Trove Hotel for about 6–7 times now, almost every month, and so far the experience has always been great. After every session, my body feels refreshed, lighter, and more relaxed. It really helps improve my mood and energy throughout the day, especially when I have to work. A special thanks to my masseuse am926 who is absolutely amazing! I always choose her whenever I come because she knows exactly where the tension points are and provides consistent, excellent service every time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good aromatherapy massage experience! ♥️⭐️

An Employee No. 33205/3325(couldn’t see clearly) , the massage therapist @ Borneo Oasis Trove Hotel, had very good technique.the private room and general facilities was very clean and comfortable . However, the hair spa staff skills & service could be improved. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a deep tissue massage or pain relief, aromatherapy is also one of the best in JB
